Training activities for the teachers

 

In the frame of the Comenius “Hands-on Science” Project, CSET offered to Liceul Teoretic “Grigore Moisil” in Bucharest a National Instruments acquisition board and different types of sensors produced by the Fourier Company. In cooperation with Casa Corpului Didactic, Bucharest, Liceul Teoretic “Grigore Moisil” developed an accredited course on the use of the LabVIEW programming environment. This course is targeted at teachers involved in the pre-university education; course coordinators: Mihaela Garabet and Engineer Ion Neacsu

CSET has created portable mini laboratories for our partners' teams to use in training teachers and to conduct demo sessions in schools

• The seminar “Computer Assisted Experiments for Natural Science Lessons” took place in Ramnicu-Valcea in October 2005
• The seminar “Computer Assisted Experiments for Natural Science Lessons” took place in Petrosani in November 2005
• The seminar “Computer Assisted Experiments for Natural Science Lessons” took place in Galati, November 10-11, 2006
• The seminar “Computer Assisted Experiments for Natural Science Lessons” took place in Suceava, November 25-26, 2006
• Training in pedagogy - experiments on human physiology for the students at the Faculty of Physics, University of Bucharest held at Colegiul Tehnic "Media" in Bucharest
• Two training courses "Methodological Milestones in Science Teaching" organized in September and November 2007 in cooperation with CCD Bucharest and "Grigore Moisil" High School, Bucharest
• Demo session on data logger and sensors used in school laboratory experiments, Colegiul National de Informatica, Piatra Neamt, December 8, 2007
